Most projects last 10 – 12 months & start either January or September.
Volunteers live in a house or flat close to the host project or the town centre.
Not all flats have showers, some only have baths and you may stay in a high rise flat on the 10th or 12th floor. Usually there is a lift!
(example accommodation.)
It is important for all our volunteers to realise that our priority is working with young people with less opportunities, therefore all volunteers will live and work alongside ‘short-term volunteers’, you can read about this in the following section (short-term hosting opportunities)

Please be aware that competition for these activities is high, for every place we have to offer we have over 100 good quality applications (and many more ‘not so good’) – although we try to respond quickly to all enquiries this is often difficult. So please be patient. All enquiries should be sent to evs@everythingspossible.org Please state the project name (not reference number) in the subject box and feel free to call if you don’t hear from us. Due to the number of applications we get we can only respond to volunteers who send an application with a CV & motivational letter not one line enquires.

Our short term opportunities last between 2 weeks & 2 months.
Environmental activities run throughout the year and we can host a group of up to six volunteers each month. Normally the environmental activity lasts for 3 weeks.
The Hip Hop activity runs frequently usually during school holidays, the activity lasts between 2 weeks & 2 months.
Dance United (The Academy) can be up to three months & is on offer three times a year.
The Youthcamp activities are mainly offered during the Summer holidays (July & August) but may also be available during other school holidays.
There is no competitive selection for the three week projects , we try to offer as many opportunities as possible for young people to join us for this first supported International volunteering activity. If you fall within the category of eligibility for short-term EVS and are supported by a sending organisation we work in partnership with they should contact us to arrange this opportunity for you. top
